Green cafe opened in early May in Split. The owners Danijel Jerković and Gabriel Mešin wanted to create a catering facility that will be different from the classic and rather unhealthy offer in this city, because they themselves are trying to eat healthy at today’s hectic pace.
In addition to healthy food, Green Caffe also offers healthy drinks: matcha tea, grain coffee, standard espresso with a variety of herbal milk and bio organic teas in different flavors.
Green cafe is located within the newly opened Mall of Split, and the owners point out that it was built according to all European standards and represents the future of business.
The offer is colorful and varied, including smoothies, shakes made from organic fruits and vegetables, healthy pizzas, pancakes, ice cream, raw cakes, cooked stews, cream soups, vegan meatballs, sausages and burgers made entirely without meat.
They also offer matcha tea, which cleanses the body and helps with weight loss, grain coffee, standard espresso with a variety of herbal milk and bio organic teas of various flavors. All groceries are fresh and are sourced exclusively from stores with a “bio” declaration and from family farms from surrounding towns and villages.
– Our guiding thought is the taste of nature, to see how much healthier it is naturally grown and without harmful pesticides. We want to prove that one can live without unnatural dietary supplements – the owners reveal.
Tihana Runje, designer and owner of the Kare furniture salon, is responsible for arranging the space. Daniel and Gabriel emphasize that their staff will do their best to satisfy each guest and offer them the highest quality products.
